These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dippersports.sg (the "Website"), and your purchase of products or booking of classes and programmes from Dipper Sports Pte. Ltd. Dipper Sports Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202638647K), operating under the trading name Dipper Sports Corporation. Dipper Sports Corporation, TYPTI, the Recreation Master Plan, and all associated characters and institutional references described on this Website are fictional and used for brand storytelling and satirical purposes only. We are a private commercial enterprise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Singapore or any of its agencies, ministries, or statutory boards.

3. Our Products and Services

We offer:
Racquets, balls, and apparel for the sport of TYPTI and related recreational use (the "Products"); and
Paid recreational classes, including our "First Dip Fridays" programme (the "Classes"),
each as described on the Website from time to time. We may add, remove, or modify Products or Classes, including their pricing, availability, and schedule, at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We are not currently GST-registered, and no GST is charged on our prices; we will update this Website and these Terms if that changes. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment partners (currently Stripe and HitPay). We do not store your full card details on our own systems. An order or booking is only confirmed once you receive an order or booking confirmation from us.

5. Class Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

Classes are booked for a specific date, time, and venue as shown at the point of booking. Please arrive on time; late arrival may result in reduced class time with no refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, and no-shows, are non-refundable. if we cancel or reschedule a class, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer to another available class.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 and its "Lemon Law" provisions on defective goods. If a Product delivered to you is defective, not as described, or not fit for its intended purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

8. Physical Activity, Health, and Assumption of Risk

Racquet sports, including TYPTI, involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By booking or attending a Class, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and physically fit. This section does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of Singapore law.
